Wellness supplements. Lifestyle influencers. Spa menus. Everyone is holistic now.

But here's what the word actually means, stripped of the marketing: your body is not a collection of separate problems to be solved one at a time. It's an interconnected system. And when one part is under strain, the rest of it feels it too.

That's not a philosophy. That's physiology. And once you start working with it rather than around it, everything changes — including what you see in the mirror.


Your Mind Is Not Separate From Your Skin

Let's start here, because it's the connection most people haven't fully made.
